Thunderstorm
Anyone else experiencing the thunderstorm here in Central Scotland. Reminds me of the one's in Florida.
Have lost Sky satellite signal as well.

Yup got them here in West Lothian. Very Like Florida (though DH has described the heat and humidity as also similar to Florida recently so maybe it’s to be expected). Hoping it’s not too bad overnight though as back to work tomorrow and need some sleep.

Here in Edinburgh I can hear it and see flashes of lightening but it’s in the distance.

We drove back from Edinburgh Airport to Maddiston, Falkirk just after Midnight. It really did remind me of Florida storms! The roads were really scary at points with the torrential rain and the lightning was all around us. It was spectacular!... Was glad to get home though! Vibrio thrive the night here... Somehow the kids slept through it!

It rumbled on for hours here over the water from you,but the worst was between 3 and 4 this morning, epic bangs and the whole sky lighting up.

We had some rumbling thunder last night about 7pm in the Borders but this morning really crashing bangs starting about 5am and sky lighting up.
