I enjoyed it for the most part, yes the ending was a bit W*F, but for me, the best one in the series since Aliens.

Just came back, was ok, expected more from the 1 trailer we saw, did have plenty of plot holes, certainly seen worse films tho.

I really enjoyed it up until the last 15 to 20 minutes. Kind of ruined it for me. Up till then I was really happy with it.

On the whole I thought it was good, visually it is as good as any. I liked the lead character and her companion but thought the other characters were a bit weak.
There was one particular stand out moment for me which a pp has touched on above.
It’s worth a watch.

Just saw it and thought it was excellent overall.

Visuals were stunning and cinematography really good. The opening shot in silence really set the tone. Audio design was exceptional.

Some plot elements felt forced just to tie in with other Alien movies. Inclusion of a certain character was a bit iffy.

I did think the cast was too young, but I get the direction they're heading in to avoid retreading the same format. Same for the ending - attempted to do something unexpected, yet familiar.

Edit: I also highly recommend seeing this one in IMAX. It's genuinely shot in a true IMAX aspect ratio, so you'll get the extra image on top and bottom. Truly immersive and adds to the suspense.
