We love the Canaries in Feb, usually lovely and warm and only 4 and a half hour flight. That or a Caribbean cruise! Very warm when we went in February 2023. Hoping just as warm in 11 weeks 😁

Canaries can be iffy. I've been to Lanzarote in February and it was cloudy every day.

Egypt will be cheap, but it's not for me.

I'd go to Thailand or Malaysia, (Phuket/Ko Samui/Penang/Langkawi)

What resorts in the canaries would people recommend and who do you book with?

We did fuerteventura this march and it wasn’t really that warm. The pool wasn’t heated though so if you do book the canaries make sure to look for a heated pool! We found fuerteventura quite boring though out resort was nice, we hired a car and the island is pretty baron! We preferred playa blanca in Lanzarote and there is more to do on the island.
We also loved Mexico though and 10 nights there was perfect.

We've stayed at the Iberostar Bouganville in Tenerife, B&B or all inclusive options, 1 pool heated and there is a kids splash pool and slides. It's about a 5minute walk to siam water park too and nice central location in Adeje to walk/beach/restaurants. We booked our hotel direct with the hotel and booked flights seperate.

We love Fuerteventura and stay in Corralejo. We always go with Jet2. It is very barren a lot like a lunar landscape but we love it!

The last time we went in February it was 25 most days, we found it lovely.

For us for Feb half term, it’s Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. We visit most years. Yes, sometimes the weather can be overcast but we are still in shorts. For our Feb half term this year, the weather was hot. We had lots of plans but didn’t do any of them, we were either on the beach or at the pool every day. The sea is cold but we swam in it every day along with many others to cool off

We’ve done st Lucia and Antigua in feb half term before and whilst a long flight for a week we would absolutely do it again. Blissful. We’ve also done Gran Canaria and Tenerife both enjoyable but I didn’t get in the un heated pools.

Thailand will be fantastic.

Cape Verde mid haul.
