Good but inexpensive restaurants - I-Drive

Hello Dibbers

Where would you recommend we eat - 3 adults and 1 teen - breakfast and dinner

We are staying north of sandlake road but will have I-trolley passes so happy to travel

Previously we’ve enjoyed Perkins, CiCis, Golden Corral, I-hop, Applebees

One place we always used to visit years ago was Ponderosa but last time we went we didn’t enjoy and I got food poisoning! So unless it’s now great will cross off our list

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

We enjoy:

Uno's pizza
Chuy's - tex mex
Shake Shack

They are just over the intersection of Sand Lake and International Drive.

I’d recommend hash house for breakfast and also Kekes

Sweet tomatoes is up that end I think? That’s very good value.
Yellow dog eats is my favourite casual place but I think you’d need to Uber.
Teak may also be a bit too far out.
Not sure Ponderosa exists there any more. I’m sure I read that there’s only 1 remaining in the area now?

If you enjoyed Ponderosa try Golden Corral, more expensive but better food (oh yes it is) we breakfast there but don't need to eat for the rest of the day, well, a snack before bed perhaps. Dinner, I like Olive Garden but to be fair, I only ever have the chicken soup with bread sticks then a never ending pasta bowl with meatballs and pumpkin pie cheesecake to end a great meal, only available autumn time of course.

We like many of those listed above and also love Bahama breeze but usually go for a late lunch to cut the price

Buffalo Wild Wings have great deals on different days so it's worth checking their website.

There is a Millers Ale House on IDrive too, they have great deals. Their zingers are brilliant

We love Panera Bread for breakfast, think there are a couple in that area now.

You can't beat Sweet Tomatoes on price for freshness

Fuddruckers do great deal on burgers as well as Steak and Shake

Millers, Friendly's and Olive Garden (check their website for deals - sometimes they do buy a meal and get something to take away for the following day). Also since someone mentioned Miller's Zingers, I would also recommend Hooters - their wings are fantastic and it is kid friendly.
