Linking Virgin Holiday to My Disney Experience - NOT STAYING ON SITE

Has anyone used My Disney Experience with their Virgin Holiday booking? Our 180 dining window opens soon but I don't know how to link the holiday to the app?

It's usually your booking reference number.

Thank you. I have tried this but it wouldn't recognise the number. We arent staying on site so maybe that is why?

You don't need to link any booking to make dining reservations when offsite. you can book as each day is 180 days.
You just need your tickets linked up to make fastpasses, but you have a while to sort that out.

If you’re not on site the only things you need to/can link are your tickets.
Your dining will open at 180 days, as it does for anyone.
You will be able to book fp at 30 days, but you will need to link your tickets for that to happen.

As above, if staying offsite you don’t need to link anything but you will only be able to book 180 days out from each day.

Perfect, thank you! I was panicking I would miss all the reservations! I see on my virgin booking that my tickets are released 30 days before we go so it makes perfect sense I can calm down now haha
