Parks from Disney springs

If i can get to Disney springs what are my options for getting to all the Disney parks each day. Our accommodation does offer a free shuttle service but if the times don't suit us i am just wondering what our options are for visiting the parks. We are not too far away from Disney springs so once we arrive there how long would it be to get to the nearest park and the furthest away? Is transportation free from Disney springs or only free to on-site guests. We are not hiring a car .

all onsite transportation is free and can be used by anyone at all, its not just for onsite guests.

There is no direct transport from DS to any of the parks. This is basically to stop people parking free at DS just to avoid paying the $20 parking cost. You could park at DS, catch a bus to a resort then another bus to one of the parks but that must add hours to your daily travel. There is a service after 4pm back to DS from the parks but that doesn't help getting there.

Never been to Florida without a car I'm afraid but some Dibbers praise Uber highly.

Hotel shuttles will most often drop off and pick up at EPCOT, and operate on limited schedules (most often 3 times a day, period) so it won't be handy if you wish to stay for the nightime shows

Buses do not operate from Disney Springs to the Parks. You will have to transfer at an hotel first and then catch another bus to the park you want to go

be advised that Disney Springs opens at 10:00am, and bus service from Disney Springs to hotels may not be available early enough if you want to do rope drop. You might want to walk to Saratoga Springs and take the bus from there to a park (sorry SSR owners)

Buses run between the parks and Disney springs, on a one way basis, from 4PM to 11PM

As others have said you have to via a hotel from DS to get to the park. Personally I think that's far too much time taken out of a holiday

As Ilivehereorland says use the local lynx bus to TTC from there you can use the Free disney transportation to any park and back to TTC they run regular.
You then simply use the local lynx bus back from TTC

Using the Disney spring route and hopping on busses to resorts then to parks can waste so much time.

there is no easy way to get to a park from downtown disney

DTD - resort - park = loads of wasted time

Idrive to disney TTC can take over an hr to get there via bus and then you still need to get to the park

we have done it twice with public transport and never again

it is cheap but uses up a lot of time

we now have a car on every trip costs more in the long run but gives you a load of freedom
