Avis. Think when you go through an unmanned toll it triggers the sunpass and then it charges you each day even if you never go on a toll road again. There is a cap though I think

Avis charge a daily fee after you activate the toll by plate upto max of $19.75
So if you use the toll by plate on way out of Miami and you have no choice if you opt to use toll route as there are 5 Unmanned cashless tolls placed very wisely to catch you.
You then pay an extra $19.75 on top of the toll fee if you are renting for more than 1 week.

You automatically opt into our e-Toll service program and will be charged $3.95 for each day of the entire rental period, including any days on which e-Toll is not used, up to a maximum of $19.75 per rental month, plus incurred tolls at the maximum prevailing rates posted by the toll authority
