WDW IS BIG - THIS IS MUCH BIGGER!
you need to jump on and off coaches to get from one part to another - but don't worry there are plenty of them continuously dropping off and picking up.
my uncle who was working in washington wanted to see ksc - he came to orlando for a long weekend to meet us (aug 2003). we took him to ksc for the day. from i-drive area its about 45mins-1hr drive. i thought it would be a really boring day as i just went along because it was somewhere my uncle had always wanted to go. it was amazing and very interesting.
if you go buy some packets of astronaut ice-cream (freeze dried?) it is really good and tastes exactly like ice-cream
