TBH I am surprised how well particularly the 12 nighters from Venice have sold this year...but from past experience, its the second year of trying a new routes, that generally they find harder to fill

- this was the case for both the Baltics, the Repos ...and some 7 & 10 nighters in 2011... its sad to miss out , but since we considered booking last year, we've been on two separate holidays; one to Antigua, and then to Barbados (and incidentally,5 days in Holland !) ...and still have money in our pockets, all for the price of what we'd have paid for discounted, first day Gold CC member pricing for a 12 night Med. 2 x balcony cabins this year (£8500 + ! )


... DCL is absolutely great, but not for the faint hearted price wise, at times.... be patient... next year may see better prices when the novelty factor has receeded at little.... there are plenty of other, cheaper good times to be had.
