Change not Cancelling after PIF date

I know if we cancel you lose a certain amount depending on when you cancel

But

What if you want to change to different cruise does "cancellation" fees still apply or do you just swap over

It will be treated as a cancellation and penalties will apply. They will just transfer the payment over though to save the hassle.

You can only change with no penalty prior to final payment date.

We had to change our cruise in October last year. My Dad took ill and we couldn't travel. We had 10 days before our Cruise and we tried to change date instead of cancelling completely.

We had to show proof of my dads hospital admission, but we were able to change with only a $300 penalty. Hope this helps.

This was an exception to the rule. They do not allow changes to the date after the final payment is due. So glad they worked with you though on it!

I'm so glad they did also, we did have to send hospital Drs letter etc.
We were literally 3hrs from flying out from Glasgow when we cancelled everything. We had 10 days at WLV planned before the Cruise also. I'm glad we cancelled as my Dad died in the Dec. it gave us extra time.
