Disney unveils Menu for new Fantasyland restaurant

Disney's new "Be Our Guest" restaurant inspired by the French setting of Beauty and the Beast is expected to be open in time for the Thanksgiving holidays. With three dining rooms and seating for over 500 guests Disney says guests can start making reservations in late August.

Be Our Guest's menu includes lunch items like tuna nicoise salad, croque monsieur sandwiches with carved ham, braised pork and vegetable quiche. Dinner items like ratatouille, rotisserie rock hen, strip steak and salmon.

Lunch is quick service, but not a traditional counter service. Guest activated terminals make ordering easy. You order, take a seat and lunch is delivered to your table on real china, not paper plates.

• Tuna Niçoise salad
• Croque Monsieur sandwich with carved ham.
• Gruyere cheese, béchamel and pommes frites.
• Carved turkey on a warm baguette with Dijon mayonnaise with pommes frites.
• Grilled steak sandwich with garlic butter spread with pommes frites.
• Braised pork that’s cooked for eight hours
• Vegetable quiche or quinoa, shallot and chive salad.

Children Under 9 - Lunch entrées

• carved turkey sandwich.
• roasted pulled pork.
• Mickey meatloaf.
• seared mahi mahi.
• whole-grain macaroni topped with marinara and mozzarella.

Dinner is table service and will have menu ties such as :-

Starters

• charcuterie plate with cured meats and sausages.
• mussels steamed in white wine.
• French onion or potato leek soup, and a salad with champagne vinaigrette.
• salad trio with three mini tastes of roasted beet, raisins and orange; green beans, tomatoes and roasted shallots; and watermelon, radish and mint.

Entrées

• thyme-scented pork rack chop with au gratin pasta.
• rotisserie rock hen with roasted fingerling potatoes.
• pan-seared salmon in leek fondue.
• grilled strip steak with pommes frites.
• sautéed shrimp and scallops with veggies in puff pastry with creamy lobster sauce.
• oven-baked ratatouille.

Dessert

• cupcakes, strawberry cream cheese or triple chocolate.
• chocolate cream puff and a passion fruit cream puff.

Children Under 9 - Dinner entrées

• grilled steak.
• grilled fish of the day.
• whole-grain macaroni.
• grilled chicken breast.

Does anyone know if it's going to be 1 or 2 TS credits?

the lunch menu will be on QSDP and the dinner a TS credit.

No mention of puddings at lunchtime. I know there will be some but i do like to know what.

When does it open, anyone know? I think they are starting to take reservations in Aug from what i have seen on another site. I hope ite open when we go 15th Oct.
