Can't decide on cabin category on Dream
We are currently booked in a Cat 8A for our 4 night Dream cruise next year. I have just realised I could get a cat 7A for $30 more. ( the rooms available will have a partially obstructed view from veranda)
So should I change category from having 2 large portholes with window seating or change to the veranda given the price? Thoughts anyone? Thanks Kelly |

If it's only $30 more TOTAL to go from a window to a veranda, then I'd go for the veranda every time.
But, I would double check as DCL online normally give you the upgrade price per person per night, so check, check and check again. Hope it is $30!

Bats - I double checked definitely only $30! DH is away tonight so can't ask him what he thinks. I don't know whether to go ahead & change it & tell him later

Probably! I know he won't really mind but I'm usually the most indecisive person in the world & even after I book things I wonder if I've made the right decision. I've been doing that with the cat 8A. I can't get my head round the different room layout out and being so far forward and we don't have a split bath. I'm really talking myself into the veranda!

I'm off to check it out as i'm still waiting on TA to get back to me to confirm our booking. I might change from 8a to 7a for $30 more!
This cabin choosing lark has driven me doolally for the past 3 days and I am still not booked!

Do it, do it, do it. have you done it yet? Thought all 8's had split baths but if they don't ... book the veranda for $30!

It's approx £22 more in total to go up to a 7a. Not sure the cabins are good as they appear to be close to the elevators. I am not keen on that but I will google the rooms for reviews just in case.

It won't let me change online, says error occurred! My house phone is broken and can't call I bet by the time I try again tomorrow the room will be gone
I don't mind being near the elevators. We were close on our last cruise and it didn't bother us. |
