I'm planning on buying a refurbished ipad from the Apple store online and getting it shipped to store for when we arrive 23rd August. Could I buy it during the tax free period and benefit from that and collect after the period has ended?

Hi Floridafan , That may not work for you because you will be paying Apple in California for the Ipad and they will charge the Sales Tax automatically . The Sales Tax Holiday is Florida only and most out of State sellers do not take it into account. Before you pay for the Ipad check the total cost to see if they add the tax or not.
