Shopping Outlets

Hi

We are off on our trip to California next Saturday

Any tips for the best shopping outlets/places in LA and Palm Springs?

We're planning to stop at the Desert Hills outlets in Cabazon just before Palm Springs. The two big LA malls are Beverly Center and Westside Pavillion and then third 3st promenade in Santa Monica and The Grove have all the high street shops. Quite a few around the Highland Center in Hollywood. The big department stores are along "department store row" a stretch of Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills. Quirky boutiques are along Melrose in West Hollywood.

As you can tell I'm a bit excited about visiting LA 😂. That said though we will probably only actually buy a few bits in the outlets with the exchange rate being what it is.

There's also Ontario Mills which is on the outskirts of LA towards Palm Springs.

Best outlets I've been to in the LA area is Ontario Mills .. its huge , we got some good bargains from there this year .

We went to citadel outlets on our way from LA to laguna. Just on outskirts of LA. Was pretty decent, same shops as premium outlets etc, same kind of prices.

I also went to the Citadel this year was having a lot of building work done to expand it . Was decent enough but Ontario Mills was better for us .

I like looking around Melrose Avenue but never bought anything .

Hollywood & Highland is everyday shops nothing you won't find elsewhere i wouldn't make a special trip there but it's ok if in Hollywood .
