Does anyone have any experience of arranging accessible transport from cruise ships at these 2 ports? My parents are cruising there soon and are looking to arrange their own excursions but will need wheelchair accessable transport (either taxi or bus). They are planning to do Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in NY, so need to get there from pier 90.
