That breakfast looks so good! I'm now scanning our plans and seeing if I can fit it in anywhere. There are too many places to go!
Absolutely love your outfit too - you look gorgeous! I think one of those Red Stag lemonades will be finding its way into my husband's hands very soon after we arrive

Exactly! :P
It's so hard to fit everything in isn't it! We wanted to book so much more but didn't want to overwhelm ourselves. Thank you! It's so hard to decide what to wear when its so hot. The red stag lemonade was amazing. One of the best slushie/frozen cocktails we had. |

La Cantina de San Angel
La Cantina de San Angel
We went back to Epcot in the evening and stopped off in Mexico for some quick service. It had started to rain like crazy on our way in and we had forgotten the ponchos and the umbrella so were just embracing it. We ordered: Empanadas con Queso - Fried Flour Tortillas filled with Cheese and served with Mexican Slaw. And Tacos de Barbacoa - Seasoned Beef, Homemade Corn Tortillas, Mexican Rice, Refried Black Beans, and Red Salsa. For drinks we had two different margaritas. Mine was mango and Chris's says "Avion" on the receipt. We ended up sharing a table with an american family as there were loads of people saving tables/hiding from the rain so the seating was sparse. We really appreciated it and when they left we invited another couple to sit with us. Food was very tasty - really good. I loved the Empanadas. We then had to do a dash to Norway for our frozen fast pass. We looked like we had been in the bath. |

Drinks in Germany
It was around 8:30pm and we were heading to find a spot for Illuminations. I popped to the loo and when I got back Chris had bought us some drinks from the little kiosk in Germany. Wine for me. Beer for him. We walked toward Italy and got a good spot by the railings. <3 loved the fireworks. We really enjoyed Epcot as a park. Glad to see it's getting some investment in the future!

Cracker Barrel
Cracker Barrel
We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast before we headed to mini golf. I loved the decor in here. And we had fun trying to play the table game which I wasn't very good at. Chris ordered the Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast and I had the Momma's Pancake Breakfast. Pancakes with eggs sunny side up and bacon. Pancakes were lovely, very fluffy and I drowned them in maple syrup. Fried chicken steak with scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy and grits - not too fond of the grits to be honest. We really like biscuits and gracy though and the chicken fried steak was really delicious. Total was really reasonable - especially after Disney character breakfast prices. 100% would go back. I really wanted one of the rocking chairs Need a house with a wrap around porch now. |

Mine is exactly the same. I'm already dreading dragging him out of bed on our holiday
A wraparound porch is my ultimate dream. I LOVE Cracker Barrel so much. So so cheap!
