DCL to Alaska in 2011

Surprised this hasn't already been posted.. I'd of thought Hong Kong Disneyland or Hawaii before Alaska. Wonder what the prices will be like?

I've been waiting patiently for the annoucement today but I wanted to know about the 3 and 4 night cruises for 2011 - looks like it will be the Disney Dream but the details for this ship won't be unveiled until 29th October. Guess I will just have to be patient a little bit longer

I managed to get a copy of someone's Castaway Club newsletter & it says the following : -

The all-new Disney Dream, scheduled to set sail in early 2011 will be unveiled live in New York City on October 29 2009. Beginning at 4.15pm. EST you can watch the streaming video of the unveil and be part of the action at disneycruise.com

I'm so excited, can't wait to see the ship layout & facilities & I'm even more excited about booking our 1st cruise!

Been waiting for the itineraries to come out as we are looking to book something special for 2011-both 50 and 25th wedding anniversary. Looks like we might try to book the following - depending on DVC points needed - fly to LA for a couple of nights then do the 6 night LA to Vancouver cruise followed by 7 night Alaska Cruise. Am really excited now waiting for the points to be announced.

I must admit to fancying the Panama Canal transit on Jan 6th 2011, or the southern carib over Xmas 2011... maybe back to back with the 10 night eastern carib!? In my dreams!
