Mobile POFQ - great resort!

Hi all

Just a quick update about POFQ...

Staying at POFQ for the first time and it is brilliant. We're really happy as it's been a great choice for our first trip with DD who is 16 months old.

We booked a standard room and we're in a garden view room in building 4. It is about a 2 minute walk to the pool / lobby / bus stop which is great.

We haven't found it busy at all. We can always find a sun lounger at the pool. The food court is great and we've never had to wait for a table or food.

The buses have been ok. As ever it's pot luck. Some days you're there in time others you've just missed one. We've never had to wait due to one being too full though but I've seen it happen with people going to MK and HS. The buses going back to the resort have been fine too.

One other thing we've both agreed on is that we wouldn't pay for anything other than a standard room. Simply due to the fact that there are no balconies. That is just our personal opinion though as we've found when we're in our room we keep the blinds mostly closed as people walk by your window. The rooms by the river are lovely though and if they did have a balcony we'd book them without hesitation!

If anyone wants any further info just ask

I agree with every word.
I love the smaller scale and how quiet it is.
Balconies would make it perfection

Love the place, we are returning next year...
Really like getting the boat down to Disney springs on our first evening to have a stroll and a light meal

We recently returned from our first onsite stay at POFQ and would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for the information. We have booked a standard room for next year and was wondering if we should have upgraded. I am glad we haven't now 😀

Also, do the boats run regularly and are there long queues for these? Do you know how long does the boat take to get to Disney Springs? I like the idea of a leisurely boat ride instead of the buses sometimes. Glad you are having a good time.

We returned last month,it was our first stay at POFQ but definitely won't be our last. Agree with all the points already made.
We used the boat to DS regularly. It was delightful , day or evening. The trip takes around 15minutes, and they seem to run every 20 /25 minutes. We never waited long and never had to wait for a second boat
