I don't think you can get an extra bed in Saratoga Springs other than a cot. We took a DVC tour of the property a few years back and recall there is a king sized bed and double sleeper sofa. Maybe consider changing to Old Key West as the 1 bedrooms there do accommodate 5.

We have always taken a double air bed into the one beds at ssr and one of our boys has slept on that in the porch area which is plenty big enough. Both my boys are over 6 feet so would struggle in the sofa bed, and each preferred their own space. Worked really well.

We have booked a studio at SSR. Our 2 sons will be 17 and 9 when we go and I'm not sure about them sharing a bed, so we will take an airbed and pump just incase and will ask for extra bedding.

It will be a double sofa bed in the living room OKW one-bedroom might be better for you as it as the double sofa bed plus chair which can used as a single bed the price is the same.
