Can't say I'm surprised , I should imagine all the remaining hotels that have free parking will charge before long.

Haggle with them, tell them you booked before the charges came in and they might honour it..
I did that with South Point last year as I booked before the resort fee increased from $14.99 to $21.99 and they agreed to honour the $14.99.
