I tend to use my MBNA card for booking all Florida things on. They monitor my account and can see that I'm off on holiday again when the usual things such as car hire, scooter hire and park tickets start appearing! I then text them the dates I'm actually away and we're all happy.

Incidentally, it's also the card Disney have on record for me, and I have never noticed any holding charges appearing.
