Walmart, staying on-site at WDW, no car

We're staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins and are having Garden Grocers deliver our supplies. However, we'd like to visit Walmart at some point. We're happy to use buses but just need to know the closest, easiest, cheapest, Walmart to get to. Thank you xx

The closest Walmart would be the one on Vineland Road. I looked on google maps and it was 7.6 miles.

I would take the disney buses to DTD and then get a taxi from there. Cheaper that way!

Hi, I have used the Lynx 56 from the TTC and it stops right outside a super Walmart, very easy to get to and just cross the road via a handy crossing to get back.

Do you need to buy tickets in advance or on the bus?

It depends how many times you'll be using the bus. It's $2 change each, but we stayed idrive and used the bus for all our transport, so I bought online in advance and had them posted - we got the 7 day unlimited passes for $16 each so about £11 per week per person

Hi, you can also buy a daily ticket on the bus which costs $4.50 and you can use it all day as many times as you want. Must have the correct money again as no change is given.
