3rd timer... but unsure

This is my 3rd time going on my once in a life time trip, but every time I go things have changed family wise. we are now mummy, daddy, daughter (4) and Son (14 Months). so my itinerary is a nbit up in the air. is there anything that you would change or put in etc any advice would be good.
also what would be the best fast passes to get for our DD as she wants to go on most things apart from those with the hight restriction she is currently 40"

Day 1: travel day, check in then to Disney springs in the afternoon to pick up gift card then back to the hotel (POFQ)
Day 2: Magic Kingdom (AM) then back to the hotel in the afternoon
Day 3: Disney springs: Boat house for lunch, Hotel pool pm and then fantasmic in the evening
Day 4: 0800 Breakfast at 1900 park fare, 0930 Randy chapman photoshoot then going a ride on the monorail to check out the other resorts - nothing planned for PM
Day 5: Blizzard beach am, magic kingdom fireworks (if there on)
Day 6: EPCOT
Day 7: Magic kingdom day - BBB, CRT - Breakfast
Day 8: Chef Mickeys - Breakfast, Rainforest café 17:30?
Day 9: Shopping - the mall or outlets - hopefully BOG -17:30 and then MNSSHP if on
Day 10: Hollywood Studios - Takeaway Pizza for evening
Day 11: Magic Kingdom
Day 12: Animal Kingdom - including rivers of light
Day 13: NOTHING PLANNED
Day 14: Magic Kingdom - just because its the last full day
Day 15: travel day - Disney springs in the morning - await times for Magical Express to take us to the airport for the 19:55 flight home

Nothing wrong there! Sounds quite relaxing actually! I feel I have far to much crammed into my three weeks, but I am including universal and bush gardens and seaworld.

I would check out the Disney site for preschoolers disneyworld.disney.go/preschool/
this will give you a list of all the rides suitable.

I would also use the baby care centers, there is one in each park and they are a great place to get away from people, have a quite feed in air conditioned surroundings!

We found a sun hood very useful. This clipped onto the main pushchair hood and cast a shadow over the feet area as well, so there was no risk to burnt legs. It also reduced the heat soak from above as the hood was UV 50.

Personally think you need more time at Epcot in particular .
And too many days with gaps in the middle, though I appreciate you have little ones .
But then you have three busy parks days on the trot after what would presumably be a late night at mnsshp.
Try out typhoon lagoon if open.

We didn't know if typhoon lagoon would be any good for the young ones ... DH would love to go,

Yes did see we had a few busy days together but we may change things around abut depending if mnsshp is on that day or not as dates are not out yet

I'd break up the run of three busy parks. Build in another half day at Epcot. If you go to Typhoon Lagoon, get there early to get some loungers in the shade.
