Typhoon Lagoon Cabana for 7 people

Hi Everyone,
Its a long shot but has anyone ever hired a Cabana at Typhoon Lagoon for a party of 7?
I have seen some reviews that say extra people can be added for 25 dollars each over the 6 limit?
The Disney customer service were vague but said unlikely I would be turned away with a party of 7 on the day.

Haven't done Typhoon Lagoon but we did Blizzard Beach last year and there were 7 of us (this included 2 children). We didn't have any problems and it was well worth the money. We were in a lovely shaded area with a huge box of iced water, a special CM who gave us her mobile number and anything we wanted to ring her. We had a lovely lunch brought to us when we ordered it. Treated very well for the day and will certainly do it again when we go next year.

We have had up to 9 people at both TL and BB. We just added the extra 3 on the day. When I phoned up to book last year the first person said I couldn't do it but I phoned back later and booked the hut with no problems. We did have 5 children though.

Did you pay for the extra 3? did they bring extra seats for them?

Yes we had to pay extra for the added 3 and no they didn't bring extra chairs.
