AK update anyone?

It all seems to have changed at AK, since I last went in 2012, can anyone tell me the best time of day to go as it appears to be advertising as an evening park, but opening hours still says it closes at 7pm. I'm 180 day out and totally confused

The new A Rivers of light show at night started over the weekend we are here now but not doing Disney our friends are they have the GDKs with them total bedlam last night Sunday
They were at all he first show curtesy FP from our neighbour who works for Disney they were trying to come out as the next showing coming in they had an ADR thankfully as it was rammed even at QS
Our neighbour says it will only get worse when Pandora opens they are not expecting it to
Settled down till mid September his advice ADR with viewing or fast pass ASAP when available

The ADRs that you want are either at Tusker House (if you are on DDP 1 Table Service Credit) or Tiffins (2 Table Service Credits). Tusker House is buffet style whereas Tiffins is Signature (and you get 3 courses).

Both of these reservations will give you tickets for preferred seating areas for the Rivers of Light show

The dining packages for RoL for July and August aren't out yet. I go mid July and have been checking everyday since RoL was confirmed.
