It's not a discount for the cruise, it's for WDW resort rooms - Jakki explains it in her post further up the thread

I don't think you have anything to worry about deleting any pins. I've never heard of anyone from the UK getting a pin code and I'm always on the look out. Val once told me they are not given out to UK citizens
