Your plan generally looks really good.. Just a quick one in regarding ADR's if your a first timer. 6.30pm is the equivalent of eating at 11.30pm at night UK time. Just make sure that your 8 year old will be up for it and not falling asleep in their dinner.
It can take a few days to adjust to the time difference, I would recommend either some more lunch or mid afternoon ADR's at the beginning and plan to have quick service in the evenings (which can be dictated by how your child is on the day as to how long they can stay up for).
Its difficult to know how they will be until you get there!

The only thing we found this time is we wished we'd booked in some do nothing days! If we felt like going somewhere we could pop in but no firm plans. We always felt we were running somewhere. Also near the end you've got 3/4 evening shows in a row. We had 2 in a row and my youngest (7) fell asleep during Wishes! Only you know your family best. We found we couldn't spend the whole day in a park. I would perhaps move the evening meal in Epcot to a late lunch but that's just me. Whatever happens you can always adjust as you go. Have an amazing time.,

Thanks Em, I didn't consider this. I've brought our evening meal at Epcot forward to 3.45pm 👍🏼
I think she'll be ok in the evenings, we're not really morning people (she likes a lie in) so lazy mornings & late nights for the last week!

Thanks Tor, we're only planning to visit once, so I'm trying to pack as much in as I can without killing us! It's not set in stone so we can always change our minds on the day.
