For concerts, 5gig/gigs-in/Florida/Orlando can be helpful, but more things will be listed nearer the date. Keep an eye on the web sites for the main venues, e.g: Hard Rock, House of Blues, Amway Center, plus the Amalie Arena and Ruth Eckerd Hall in Tampa.
For sport, Orlando City has a home game on the 4th - again, see its web site. |

what sort of music do you like? might be worth checking out the social/beacham in downtown orlando, or if you want a roadtrip, the st augustine amphitheater or the culture room in ft lauderdale
a lot of gigs dont usually get announced until a month or two beforehand, youre generally looking at gigs in may right now, so this time next month, you may find a load more stuff cropping up while youre there. hth |

Pluto. Im looking to see Orlando in July. I e mailed them direct and they told me when to get back in touch as the tickets weren't available yet. Dont have to go through ticketmaster. Just for info they said tickets start at $25.

If you are looking for Orlando City tickets they are only available to season ticket holders and lion nation members at the moment. They will offer single game tickets shortly. If they have a good start to the season expect resale season tix to remain high, if there is a slow start to the season these prices will reduce considerably in the run up to match day. I have looked ofr August and I have decided to just wait, for now..
Baseball options are rather good - we have been to see the Tampa Bay rays a couple of times and could not fault the whole experience, however the service experience from Lakeland Flying Tigers ,which is half the distance from Orlando , was superb. Minor league with some excellent promotions available too. You also feel so much closer to the action there too.
