Can anyone tell me when the Christmas decs go up I've now change my July trip to the 22nd Oct -5 Nov cheers

You may be lucky and get to see some. As soon as the last Halloween party has taken place they transform Magic Kingdom into Christmas ready for the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party evening. Last year that was November 7th but they do decorate slightly beforehand. Decorations at other parks and resorts also start to go up around the same time.
