I am afraid they don't. We were in the same position with Royal caribbean. Does your cruise line offer any post tours. We were able to do an everglades tour and it was a lot better.

As we were on a 'tour' we were one of the first to disembark the ship, and then got onto a coach and went off to the Everglades. I think the whole tour was only about 3 hours long, but we were dropped off at the airport and we had managed to kill those 3 hours.

We did have another couple of hours to wait until the BA check-in opened, and that was a bit of a pain, but it was great to get rid of the luggage when it did. We then had a leisurely lunch/dinner at the airport, but made sure we did this BEFORE security as there is not much after security at Miami.

The only other solution I can offer is to see if you can book a day room at one of the Miami hotels. As we had spent 3 nights in Miami before our cruise we were not bothered about seeing anything else.

We have done 2 Celebrity Cruises and had the same problem, although our flights were early afternoon, as carolynn said, make sure you have something to eat before you check in, as we found Miami pretty sparse considering its a large airport.

From memory it was 3 hours before... when you go through security, there are a couple of duty free shops, a burger bar type place, a subway (I think) and a bar... it was a few years ago, but everyone on the BA flight, which we were on, commented on what poor facilities there were, and nearly all the staff spoke spanish, and not much English... also absolutely no smoking...
Not sure if its improved... we felt it was in need of a major upgrade.
If you want to eat, I'd do this before you go through security/passport control, because there isnt much choice on the otherside

There is a small Chillis before security, but pretty much nothing afterwards! You could hire a car for the day?
