~Canceled our cruise~
I canceled our 2009 cruise yesterday as those awfully nice people at Disney sent me another 40% off pin code.
I worked out all our options and when I added the cost of the cruise, having to pay for a cash night with our SSR developer points and needing to keep the car longer (and paying for parking at the DCL terminal) I managed to move our SSR reservation to the 4 nights we should have been on the cruise and book our last 5 nights at the Grand Floridian Sugar Loaf Concierge and still save nearly $2,000. While I'm a little sad at not going on the cruise this year I'm delighted to be staying at the GF and I was able to transfer our deposit over to our 2010 cruise.

I am sure the cruise will be all the better for having the extra wait until 2010 & I am sure staying congeirge at the GF will be fab & think of what you can do with that $2000.

Great you are staying at GF, I'm sure you will love it especially Concierge. I'm pleased we will be at SSR at the same time for one night as well

Michelle is right - you haven't cancelled your cruise, merely rescheduled it and saved $2000 in the process. Woo hoo! Way to go.
