Just booked this trip! Obviously haven't got prices as good as the rest of you, having waited until now. But very excited to just be going. It will be my third cruise, and I'm taking a friend who has never done Disney before. Hope she likes it!

You would get OBC from DCL and you may also get some from ToaD (Travel on a Dream).
It depends how much you are spending .. and you pay in dollars. For me, it's worth it, the TA I use at ToaD will offer support to me if I need it, advice for things and she bags me the room I want without me having to sit for hours on the phone to DCL on opening days!

If something goes wrong, she is there to step in (and has had to even with DCL).
Up to you what you choose to do.

We use Debs at Toad, absolutely love her. She has our placeholder and we will be booking our Alaska cabin with her when they come out in May!
Definitely recommend even with the exchange rate.
As the OP and Bats says, you get your deposit back if you cancel with a US TA, better if you cannot book your leave before booking a cruise. And yes they do give OBC.
