There is an outlet Mall on Interstate 95 heading out towards Ormond Beach called Tanger Outlets, not been there so cannot comment on what its like

Look at Tanger outlets, Daytona on the internet. It's a very pleasant location with ample free parking.

Volusia mall is opposite the racetrack and has the usual stores e.g. Dillards, Macys,JC Penney, Victoria's Secret etc.

For boutique shopping and an old town feel visit Beach Street. It's not at the beach but along the Halifax River.
