Disney’s Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package at Tonys Italian

Anyone done this?
We have it booked as an ADR on an otherwise cramped day food wise. Sounds like a good way to get a fab spot to watch the parade especially as one of our party isn't great at waiting around for too long.

Follwing as I am thinking we could do this on our last day as long as I get the flights I want.
Assuming it’s a 3 course meal as well so will set us up for the flight home.

We really enjoyed it.

OH's pizza was some of the best we've ever had.

It's gets rough reviews but we've been twice and loved it both times. The restaurant itself is brilliantly themed (I love Lady and the Tramp) and the viewing area is absolutely worth it with tons of space.

If you have the dining plan it's one of the best uses of a TS credit IMO as you also get a starter.

We first did it in 2017.

I’ll be honest and say the food wasn’t great, but I’d gone in with low expectations having seen the reviews. You need to make careful choices. I thought pizza was a careful choice, turns out I was wrong. It was so heavy. Husband had tuna which was over cooked.

on the flip side, the service was one of the best we had. Our server offered our kids off menu items without us even asking. Our desserts were great too. We took those to go. And the parade view was immense. We rocked up at 2pm (2pm parade when we go) and it was empty.

I’ve booked it again for our autumn trip this year because an average meal is actually worth the experience. This time I’m going to go for salad appetiser and steak (the worst you can do with steak is over cook it really) although I’ve seen slightly better reviews since we went so who knows

we did it last year and have it booked again for this year. They changed the chef last year and the food improved hugely. We ate there in 2016 and it was truly awful (that bad we couldn't eat any of it and I am the least fussy person in the world) but decided to go back for the parade view last trip. The food was surprisingly good. We had a starter, meatballs for DD and ravioli for me plus desserts and priority viewing area for the parade. It's a great use of one table service credit if on the dining plan.

I have got late flights so I’m going to book this for the last day.
I’ve eaten at Tony’s before and it’s varied from okay to brilliant.
