HS Fast pass opinions and confirmations..

Fast pass day is very quickly approaching for me and I'm trying to get everything in order before next Wednesday.

To triple check again, as even though this isn't my first time, is it 12 o'clock I start booking these?

I'm booking from 60 days out (first time on site so first time doing this!), can I check what the best approach to take to this is? We're there for 7 nights, so I'm not sure if it's best to do it chronologically, or something similar to ADR and work from the furthest out and back? (I'm going to likely start having a look at the fast pass availability from now to see if I can see that far out to see if they start updating on availability)

3 of those days will involve our fast passes being booked for Hollywood Studios, and with the tier changes I'm unsure what to pick. I'm disappointed that they changed it, as we both love ToT and it now feels more awkward to go on it as many times as we want, but as there's nothing I can do about it I'm just going to move on!

We want to do Slinky Dog Dash (just missed the opening last year), Toy Story Mania, ToT and Rock N Roller Coaster (as I still haven't managed to get on it!) for definite either way.

Since we're wanting to go on all of these multiple times if possible (and will be taking advantage of the EMH) do I just pick a different one for every day, or should I pick something like Slinky dog for all 3 days, if it's available, since it's going to be the most difficult? Accurate emoji to represent my head right now -->

I'm offsite so my booking window opened at 30 days at 12 noon. As I've never done onsite I can't speak from experience re the booking queries at 60 days but I just wanted to say try not to overthink this; you can still ride without an FP and having the advantage of EMH should enable you to do everything you want in relatively quiet parks.

At 30 days out I've managed to get Rock n Roller Coaster, TOT, TSM, EE, Buzz, all mountains in MK and a host of others. I've not got SDD, FOP or 7 DM yet but I'm not overly concerned if we need to stand in line.

Chill and enjoy!

Yes, it's 12 to book them.

Realistically, only a few rides have any difficulty about then at 60 days out - FOP, SDD and 7DMT. So it makes sense to prioritise booking these in first (especially as it is then easier to change these to different days if first choice not avialable) rather than doing it chronologically, or backwards or whatever. I would try to place those 3 rides towards the end of your 7 days, as they are sometimes only available at 61, or 62, or 63 days. Availability 60 days from now actually looks reasonably good though. Check the Dibb FP availability checker for more. https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho...d.php?t=835236

Personally, I'd book a fastpass for your three top must-do rides at HS. This means that you will get to do each of those rides at least once. If you book 3 times for SDD, yu'll get to do that 3 times, but may not get a FP at all for the other rides. I'd rather do everything once than one thing multiple times, but I guess that is personal choice, so ultimately up to you.

Thank you! Yes I was on having a look at the availability right after posting and it seems fine

Great! This was sort of what I was thinking anyway, but I just wanted to make sure that seemed like the best approach, as I would prefer to guarantee that I'll get to do them.

I think I'll do one for SDD, one for ToT and then I can't decide on whether to make the third one RnR or TSM..

You can only book one tier 1 ride - so either SDD or ToT.

I'd do ToT first visit, SDD 2nd visit and RnR on your 3rd day

RnR has a single rider line, so if you don't mind riding separately that could be an option for a shorter wait for that one. On that basis I would FP ToT, SDD and TSM.

That said, we've gone for RnR (no way my son would do single rider!) TSM and SDD. We're hoping most people will head towards TSL and SWGE at opening, so planning to go the other way and try to do ToT then! (We also have a Droid reservation, so hoping that will get us in to GE on that day!)
