North or south

Hi, how do the communities differ going north of the 192 on the 27 compared to south.
Basically clermont or Davenport, clermont seems cheaper.

Ive just returned from Clemont where the 192 intercepts the US27 and it was great. Most days it was a 15-20 min drive to the Disney parks, very close to a large Wallmart/Mc Donalds/dennys. Around 10 minutes to Cracker Barrel/Longhorn/Black Angus/IHop. Couldn't fault it!

If you are planning to go to Universal, south might be better. Closer to the junction with I4 could shorten that journey. Personally I would want to be close to that junction or the one with 192.

The communities themselves vary individually rather than by north or south.
