What will be on first week of November?
I’ve read Christmas starts mid November, we are looking at going 3rd-5th what will be on?

This will most likely be a changeover week where they are taking the Halloween decorations down and putting the Christmas ones up.
The parade and Illuminations show will still be on daily. |

Just to add, we went during changeover week November 2018 and thought it was a really great time to go as most rides are pretty much walk on. The only downside was the lack of shows.

That will be the week inbetween Halloween and Christmas so you'll likely see the Christmas decorations starting to be put up but there'll be no extra parades or shows.
There will likely be an extra bonfire night fireworks on at least one day during your stay though, these normally take place on Lake Disney. |
