Ironically booked it today for Thursday, 3 items for £14, but it’s a recycling charity. Hard to believe I had two perfect couches, including a black leather electric 3 seater recliner going for free and no one bit. Put it on loads of local FB groups. Photos of their perfect condition and clean home. The charity shops locally were full too. Oh well the charity will recycle them somewhere

We’re in South Bucks and it’s £39 for three items.
We also have pay for anything at the tip that isn’t considered household rubbish, garden waste, metal or cardboard. ie. 25 litres of building waste - £2.50 Toilet seat - £2.50 Shower tray - £5.00 Kitchen taps - £2.50 The list goes on and on. All of this has led to a huge increase in fly tipping. |

Our council charges £14 per bulky (ie sofa) item and £8 for each item after that.
Our local tip is free to use but restrictions on type of vehicle you can use - for example if you have a hire van you must provide rental documents before they take waste. |
