We have re-booked for next August but I’m now thinking we have made a huge mistake. It will be our third trip. First without their grandfather who recently passed away. We wanted it to be the magical experience it has been but I can’t see it happening. If it’s still bad in Florida in addition to no fireworks, no parades, no character meals and mask wearing then we will cancel - losing £800 deposit. I can’t see us being able to get money back on insurance
We re booked it in a panic just after he died, think in chaos of grief I did nt think logically I just wanted the children to have something to look forward to. Not sure what to do, I know I’m not really looking forward to it. |

I’m optimistic for September next year. It’s still quite far away and projections for a vaccine were 12-18 months at the beginning of this year. I do think I’m much less likely to book without free cancellation or minimal deposit loss though.
