BA issues

I rang BA again this morning they said they don’t have the same pricing for the runways taxes and stuff at the airport for our alternative destination and same cabins same dates leaving and arriving to LGW currently cost us another £412.86 per passenger to change the flights! We are gonna wait now until they cancel them. Oh my this year has been a complete nightmare. Next thing to sort out will be the Disney side of the vacation.

Well at least you got an explanation I guess. I know it's incredibly frustrated the nature of most of us on the DIBB is we are planners and to have that ability removed is so difficult.

Just noticed BA site updated this afternoon to allow future travel vouchers for flights up to 30 September.
We’re booked for 17 Sept - 7 Oct and I’m still holding out to see if they cancel as I’d rather have a refund but good to know the voucher option is there for us now 😊

Is that for people who booked anytime? We dont fly til Oct 9th but may give Netflights a call

It said under the ‘if you want to cancel’ section that this was for bookings made pre March 2020 for travel up to 30 Sept

Just done online chat with BA I cannot get vouchers yet for our holiday booked for 22 sept . We booked before March 🙄

Did they say why because their website is quite clear that their voucher policy includes flights up to end of Sept now if you booked before 3 March?

No it’s just standard chat but it does say up to September maybe they haven’t updated the chat section as it’s multiple choice answers I try again tomorrow. It’s so sad 😞 but roll on next year !

Has anyone managed to get a full refund. My flights are october so I'm not at the cancellation stage yet. I was originally happy enough to take the vouchers but now I would prefer to get a full refund in case they go bust further down the road.
