Is May a good time to go
I have always been in September, and have wondered about May, is it as hot and what are the crowds like. Could you tell me all about May please.

I’d probably choose May over September to be honest less rain not as humid and if you can time it right lower crowds if you can avoid British half term and Memorial Day week
And it’s not official hurricane season it’s june first to end of November |

May is a good time to go. Crowds are average. Weather is good with NO hurricanes.
I checked prices on WDW website and the onsite prices don't seem that different for next May/Sep. I think for low crowds stick with September but if you want better weather then May. this is handy https://thedibb.com/when-to-visit-orlando-and-wdw/ Edited at 10:40 PM. |

We had lovely weather both times when we went in May and was cheaper as accommodation was low season.

Yes May is good. We gave been many times. We always go each year May and September. Just avoid last week due to cost as UK half term. Weather really good, slightly better than Sept. Only down side is it is also Love bug month! :-) but so is September, if you don't mind these harmless flies, then definitely go. Nice to have a screened pool though rather than an open one to relax 😀 😎

We've been four times in May and love it. We can't anymore due to school which is a shame. Weather is good. We actually had a heat wave last year. Crowds are good early in May but gets busier leading up to Memorial Weekend.

We usually go May or September and if I’m honest both gVe advantages etc. May last year was lovely, but the dates in May, as in September are important, to avoid holiday days etc.
Weather wise, I think either can be great and equally either not as good, we went may 1st last year two weeks of sunshine with some cloudy days and sone days with Downpours. Enjoy whichever you chose |
