Annual Pass: Paying By Direct Debit Questions

My annual pass has just expired and I was sent the 16 months for 12 email offer. When renewing with that I saw there was an option to pay monthly, but only if you could produce a RIB.

Obviously these are a thing provided by French banks so I don’t have one.

I saw on here earlier today that somebody said that you are able to pay for an annual pass by direct debit as a UK citizen though with just the IBAN of your UK bank account.

Is this definitely the case? If so, how does it work (i.e. initial payment / total number of payments) and how do you set it up (I.e. can it only be done at the annual passport office?) please?

I saw on the form on the Disneyland Paris website that your bank has to be able to accept SEPA direct debits. Does anybody know which UK banks offer this as mine don’t (Metro and Starling)?

Many thanks in advance
