disney accommodation chart
Is there a chart where you can see when the disney accommodation is at it lowest and highest cost from jan to dec or is it just a case of doing dummy runs on the disney site to try and gauge costs

Not that I know of. But there is a DVC chart which splits seasons up so may give you an idea. Just google DVC points chart for the year you would like to look at
