Mobile Photo pass

Hi everyone, so looking forward to our bit of magic in November; what’s the deal with photo pass and the plus version? What is it, how much is it, and is it worth it? Appreciate any views and experience.

Thank you so much in advance 💋

The photopass+ allows you to collect all the photos you get from the rides and any meet & greets with Disney Characters (where a photopass photographer is present). These are then automatically added to your photopass app where you can view them and print them yourself.

It normally costs about 70euros.

As to whether it's worth it or not depends on how much you're likely to use it. On a 5n trip we got over 30 photos so for us it was definitely worth it. We have bought another one for our next 4n trip too.

If you don't want to buy a photopass+ you can collect a photopass from the photographer and take it to one of the photo counters to view and buy them there.

Brilliant, thank you. So I just pay once for a 4 day trip?

Thanks 💋👍

Photopass is worth it if you plan to do a lot of character M+Gs and ride photos.
Some character M+Gs can be 2hrs long so you want to make sure you get a good photo.

If you are not doing character M+Gs then I would probably would not bother.

You pay once for the 4 days. We bought for it £60 on Disneylandparis.co.uk.

There are no roaming photographers (they trialled one near the castle but don’t think that became permanent). Also not all meets have photographers.

If you would otherwise buy several ride photos or do a lot of character meets it is worth it.

Just to add - there's no differnece between PhotoPass and PhotoPass+ - the latter is just its proper name.

I thought this was an annual ohotopass or is that different again. Pay now and it last the year so if you plan on going more than once then the cost can be very justifiable

'Valid for 10 days from 1st use'

'Your image files will be available for 1 year after the 1st use of your PhotoPass+ card.'

hope this helps

Wrong. The PhotoPass is the free standard cards you get from any meet and greet, you can collect them up and add your ride photos to them to look at at the end of your trip( or whenever) if you want to purchase single photos, or you can then choose to upgrade to a PhotoPass+ and then you have all your photos available to you for the one cost of the PhotoPass+.
