Gatwick south lounge

Any recommendations for best lounge Gatwick south, been looking on trip advisor very mixed reviews, anyone used one recently, which one would you recommend

We've used both no.1 Lounge and My lounge in the last couple of years, My lounge was only a couple of weeks ago. We both preferred My Lounge. If you can find the trip report called The Last Hurrah I have a video of it.
It depends what you go for?

The food was nicer at No.1, but the food was fine at My Lounge, you could go outside and had a good view of the planes from inside. They also have a pancake maker that my children loved. I loved being able to make my own drinks too!

We got it really cheap with out tastecard from Natwest too!

We have only used No 1 Lounge. We have never had a bad experience, always lots to eat and drink and plenty of seating. When we went in March, we were offered to upgrade to the lower level. For £6 each you got table service and a different menu and a quieter area. This was very nice, my son liked it as he’s autistic so less noise is best for him. Only downside is no windows

We recently used the clubhouse No 1 lounge at Gatwick South , table service fairly quiet and food was really good I had a full English breakfast and my daughter had eggs benedict both were lovely I would recommend it .
