TC PE Review

I am one of the people who booked PE and has then been downgraded one way as there has been a change of plane. They have refunded us the difference between the premium and economy flights and confirmed we can keep most of the premium perks. In addition after a bit of a moan we have received compensation which has brought the cost of the flights down to much less than we could ever have actually got direct flights in the school holidays for. We still have PE son our return flight.
I guess what I am saying is that although there are some horror stories around, we are more than happy with the outcome we have. Their customer service team are not great - polite and friendly but not kept informed on changes to flights etc - but their social media team soon responded to a FB post and the matter was resolved in hours.
Just wanted to give a more positive experience of the whole downgrade issue...although we haven't flown as yet!

This is the space in row 6a. Have flown both va and TC and would say TC was actually better. Nicer food, lovely staff, comfortable seats

We've got just over a month until our trip to Florida and we are using TC PE for the first time on both outbound and inbound. We decided to go for PE in the hope that the PE cabin is a little bit quieter and just a nice step up from economy so its nice to read a lot of positive reviews for the service that they provide.
