What do you think of these package prices and accommodation options please?

I've had a few quotes from Charter Travel and wanted to see what others think of the prices and the accommodation options. We have never been before so are clueless as to locations. After speaking to Danny, he came up with these options because we won't be hiring a car and will use Uber to get around, so need to be close (otherwise Windsor Hills was looking like my preferred location but apparently this would be really awkward without a car and he really didn't recommend it). This is for 2 adults and 2 children.

21 nights 20 March-10 April 2018.
Fly with Virgin from Heathrow. Indirect so 3 hour stopover on way out at JFK, can get immigration sorted, 1.50hrs stop over on way home at Atlanta.
Coach transfers in Florida included.

First accommodation: 2 bedroom apartment Lake Buena Vista - Blue Tree Resort £3982 (inc flights and transfers)

Second accommodation: 2 bedroom apartment Lake Buena Vista - Blue Heron Resort £4380 (inc flights and transfers)

Third accommodation: Enclave on I-drive: 2 bedroom apartment including a grab and go breakfast - £4312 (inc flights and transfers)

Last accommodation option: Windsor Hills: 2 bedroom apartment - £3760 (inc flights and transfers)

Resort fees for first 2 haven't been added.

What do you think? I've been waiting for Norweigian to release their flights for prices. At the moment I can get flights out with Norweigian (direct) for £616 for the 4 of us and flights back with Icelandic Air (1 stop) for £1200. Accommodation, not sure, seems to be a minefield of choices but some around seems very reasonably priced so don't know if I could bring it in cheaper.

I think you could do it cheaperwith a better choice of accomadation doing it yourself. Lots of places in Lake Buena Vista that will give you easy access to Parks and those on Hotel Plaza Blvd will have you walking distance to Disney Springs. Windsor Hills is fantastic but not somewhere I'd go without a car.
