I have done exactly this for the same times. However I'm wondering if anyone knows how you get entry to the Pixar show without having been for dinner first (for the Fantasmic dinner they give a voucher in the restaurant)? Forgot to ask when on the phone...

We saw the Pixar show a couple of nights ago - warning, if you have young kids it's very hard going sitting in the venue for the length - the show is 45 minutes and to get a seat you need to be there before that. It's outside in the heat and the metal benches don't help with the comfort levels. Honestly, whilst the show itself was good with great character appearances, it isn't one that I would do again and in hindsight I would have skipped it simply due to how hot it was for the kids (who did amazingly well considering and didn't complain to leave once)
There were quite a few people getting up and leaving which was a shame out of respect for the orchestra, but it felt like quite a hard slog to sit through. If it had been inside with air con, would have been fabulous.

Thanks for the review. I split the fantastic and Pixar up Into 2 nights so that we could do the 8.15 Pixar show as I was pretty concerned about the heat.
