Forcing people to phone at a specific time or hang around online constantly checking... it's unfair. Plenty of folks have jobs that prevent them from calling or being online like that. I'm one of the lucky ones who can, but it's unfair to say the least. When things go wrong they have no accountability. You can't even ask why something failed. The CMs haven't a clue. |

Hopefully want to do this 10th Dec. Have got a Tusker House booked for 15:25. As that was all I could get. Hoping I'll be able to add ROL dining pkg to this?

Hopefully it won't take too long before they open up Nov and Dec. I'd originally booked the Tusker House breakfast and when I booked the ROL package it just came up with already having something booked at that time and it cancelled the original booking at the same time as booking the new reservation. So it seems simple to do. Susan

Still nothing available for 28th October Tuskers breakfast it's for a birthday so has to be this day😩 Don't want to cancel my existing reservation as I might loose it altogether.
