Linking memory maker

Hi! I have purchased the 14 day ultimate ticket from orlando ticket attractions (with memory maker)
I successfully linked the tickets to my disney experience but the memory maker section is blank?
I tried to add the adult tickets again under the memory maker section but it says the ticket ID has already been used.
What am i doing wrong?

There’s no need to link it. The memory maker will activate automatically when you get your first picture taken at one of the parks. Just scan your band or card after your photo has been taken and it will upload to your MDE account.
